UK DELIVERY

To get your purchase to you as quickly and conveniently as possible we offer 2 delivery options to UK destinations:

  • Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked)

  • Express Delivery  (Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked)

Standard delivery costs £4.95
Please allow 3 – 5 working days for your items to arrive

Deliveries to remote areas of the UK such as offshore islands and the Scottish Highlands may take up to 10 working days.

Express delivery costs £7.95
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee next day delivery. We aim to deliver our Express Orders within 1 - 3 working days.
Please note that weekends and Bank holidays are not classed as working days. Orders received after 1pm on Friday will be processed on Monday morning.

We are unable to offer Express delivery to remote areas of the UK such as offshore islands and the Scottish Highlands.
Please note that all items are sent using a Tracked Service and will not be left at your address without Delivery Confirmation.
We will send a confirmation email when we have dispatched your purchase.

 

CLICK & COLLECT (London) 

(South West London Collection only)

For our London customers, we offer a Click & Collect service from Barnes, SW13 0PZ:

  • Click & Collect (only available from South West London, SW13 0PZ)

Click & Collect costs £2.00 (See Note below)
Shop our website as normal and select the ‘Click & Collect’ Delivery option during Checkout.

Note: When you select Click & Collect, you will initially be charged £4.95 (£2 + £2.95). 
We will refund the additional £2.95 to your Account after your Order has been collected.

Please Note:

The Opening hours of our Collection Point are currently:

Monday: 10.30am – 3pm: 
Tues to Saturday: 10.30am – 5pm 
Sunday: Closed 

You will be notified by email when your order is ready to collect.

If you place your order before 1pm, we aim to have your purchase ready for collection by 3pm on the next working day. Please note that to collect your parcel you will be required to show a copy of your Order confirmation, showing the Order No. and the Name of the purchasing cardholder.

Items not collected within 10 working days will be returned to our warehouse and you will be notified by email, while we await further instructions.


CHANNEL ISLANDS DELIVERY

For the Channel Islands we offer a single delivery option:

  • Channel Islands (Royal Mail 2nd Signed For)

Channel Islands delivery costs £9.95

Please select Guernsey or Jersey in the “COUNTRY” drop down box whilst entering your address during Checkout and the delivery option will appear before you enter your payment details. Please note: items may take between 5 – 7 working days to arrive, and will require a signature on receipt.

EUROPEAN UNION DELIVERY

Note: As a result of the Brexit transition deliveries to the European Union may now incur additional Import costs. All our parcels are sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), and any additional charges imposed in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

European Union delivery costs £19.95

Please enter your Shipping address during Checkout and the delivery option will appear before you enter your payment details. Please note: items may take between 7 – 10 working days to arrive, and will require a signature on receipt.

Important: You may be required to pay additional import duties or local taxes before the Postal service or courier company will deliver your parcel. Any such additional costs remain your responsibility. Please check your local customs office for more information.
